Delicious healthy pizza with a whole wheat thin crust, topped with natural tomato sauce, vegetables, cheese, and plenty of oregano. It's easy to make and can be cooked in the oven or on the skillet.
In a bowl, mix the water with the yeast and let it activate.
In another bowl, add the flour, salt, and stevia, creating a well in the center.
Pour the yeast mixture and oil into the well.
Knead until you achieve a non-sticky dough, using more flour for the surface as needed.
Let the dough rest covered for 1 hour to rise.
For oven baking, grease a pizza tray, stretch the dough, and add your desired toppings.
Bake for 25 minutes at 300C/450F until crispy.
For skillet, roll thin circular portions of dough and cook until golden on both sides, then add toppings and cover on low heat for 5 minutes.
